AmeriCorps NJ Watershed Ambassador Hosts Wantage Township Litter Clean-Up

The AmeriCorps NJ Watershed Ambassador for the Wallkill River Watershed recently partnered with the Wantage Township Open Space Committee and Wantage Township Clean Communities to host a litter clean-up at Papakating Park and neighboring Berry Road. Volunteers participated in the event and helped collect 6 bags of garbage and recycling, helping prevent the litter from contaminating nearby Papakating Creek.
