5th Annual Northwest NJ Rivers Conference Hosted at Centenary University

This weekend, the 5th annual Northwest NJ Rivers Conference returned to Centenary University’s Lackland Center in Hackettstown. The event was planned as part of the Delaware River Watershed Initiative by staff from the Wallkill River Watershed Management Group, NJ Highlands Coalition, ANJEC, Musconetcong Watershed Association, the Land Conservancy of NJ, and The Nature Conservancy. The Rivers Conference consisted of 12 different workshops focused on a variety of different open space and recreational topics as well as a plenary and a keynote address by Michelle Byers, former executive director of the New Jersey Conservation Foundation.
