SCMUA-WRWMG Takes 1st Prize at the Sussex County Farm and Horse Show

The Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority-Wallkill River Watershed Management Group recently won a 1st place ribbon at the 75th Anniversary of the Sussex County Farm and Horse Show as part of the county building display contest. The combined Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority and the Wallkill River Watershed Management Group display educated the public about riparian ecosystem enhancement, stormwater management, agricultural best management practices, and proper solid waste disposal/recycling. It also included interactive components to entice the public to approach the display and to learn more about the programs run by the SCMUA-WRWMG.
